The 9th Edition of the JSFL was a great success! Top prizes went to female projects from Israel, Cyprus, and Brazil.

After a challenging year where the bulk of the Lab took place online, the closing events were hybrid allowing participants to take part both in-person and online.
A live pitching event took place in Jerusalem with Jury and decision-makers joining from around the globe. The festive awards dinner and the ceremony were held with a live audience and broadcast internationally. At the awards ceremony, three female-led projects won the top prizes. The top prize went to Oxygen by Netalie Braun, produced by Adi Bar Yossef (Israel). The Emerging Filmmaker Award was split between two worthy projects: Iris (Cyprus) by Myrsini Aristidou, produced by Nathalie Dennes; and Sisters by Marianna Brennand Fortes and produced by Carolina Benevides (Brazil).
A new additional prize this year is the FACTORY 54 Artistic Vision Award, was presented to Seven Chapters in Survival by Odeya Rosenak (Israel), produced by Marek Rozenbaum.
